Gajju Khan Medical College is located on the main Swabi–Jehangira Road within the premises of Bacha Khan Medical Complex, Shah Mansoor, approximately three kilometres from the Swabi Motorway Interchange. The college is currently operating from this location and is planned to be relocated to its newly constructed, purpose-built campus at Ambar Kunda, Swabi. The college is named after the renowned Pakhtun leader Gajju Khan, who lived from (1490 -1565) and participated in the battles of Swat and Malakand in 1515.
